初中數學教學質量對于學生的今后數學學習存在一定的影響,所以為了有效提升學生的關鍵能力,以及能夠快速適應今后的數學學習,需要在初中階段打好扎實基礎,才能及時跟上數學教學進度,尤其是高中數學和大學數學的教學進度在不斷推進時,學習難度也會逐漸增大,所以需要根據數學課程教學標準與要求明確規劃提高教學質量的有效方法。

一、合理運用多媒體教學方法

在科技力量越發強大的時代背景下,先進技術在社會各領域內的快速發展和廣泛應用,給社會各行各業的發展提供了極大的便利,而在教育領域中運用多媒體教學技術進行教學也是屢見不鮮的事實,但是很多時候在實際教學中存在教師過于依賴或濫用多媒體教學方法的現象,導致教材教學方法的重要意義逐漸衰敗,對于這種情況需要及時進行調整和改善,尤其是九年級數學教學質量對學生的學習成績來說十分關鍵。

例如,通過多媒體技術的科學應用將數學重難點知識內容制作成視頻或PPT等,將抽象的數學知識內容轉變成生動形象的視頻形式,便于學生能夠真正理解和掌握相關數學知識點。如二次函數知識點對學生來說具有一定的理解難度,依據教材內容將知識總結點制作成PPT課件等,或者上傳到網絡教育平臺,學生可以在平臺上進行線上學習,以及瀏覽和下載優質的教學視頻。為了讓學生更加深入理解二次項系數a決定二次函數圖像的開口方向和大小,以及在答題中能夠熟練運用二次函數知識性質和公式進行解題,將典型的例題與試題也納入多媒體視頻中,不斷增強學生對數學重難點知識的認知。

三、及時更新數學教學理念,端正學生的學習態度與自信心

初中英語教學是要重視培養興趣,但單靠唱歌游戲不能培養學生持久的興趣。新鮮勁兒一過,孩子們就會厭倦。所以,唱歌游戲應該作為初中學生學習英語語言知識、技能的一些手段,而不是培養興趣的手段。我們可以采用多種手段幫助學生在記憶力強的時期多記單詞,多學習語言規則,并盡可能多創造模仿的機會,提高學生的語音和語調。在英語學習中,聽、說、讀、寫、譯五種能力是可以互補的。真正做到聽說先行,讀寫跟上。光聽說不讀寫,很難收到高效。只靠模仿不培養學習能力,也難減輕學習負擔。所以初中學生還是應當認真進行語言學習。

一、制定計劃的目的:

今年任教的108班學生的基本情況較好,部分學生的英語基礎較好,但還是有小部分的英語學習出現了問題,我也會把重心放到優秀生的培養和后進生的輔導,希望可以以優帶差的方式提高108班同學的英語成績.而針對111班部分學生的學習信心喪失,注意力不集中,發言不活躍的問題。教學的時候會注意在備課中增加趣味性,以此來提高學生對英語學習的興趣。同時也會對個別優秀生進行課后輔導,幫助他們全面發展。

三、教材分析 1.語言技能:

聽:能聽懂課文大致內容;能抓住簡單語段中的觀點;

說:能使用恰當的語調和節奏表達課文大意;能經過準備,就一般話題表達。

讀: 能理解閱讀材料中不同的觀點和態度; 能識別不同文體的特征; 能通過分析句子結構理解難句和長句;

寫: 能簡單寫出連貫且結構較完整的句子, 能默寫課文;能在寫作文中基本做到文體較規范、語句較通順; 2.語言知識:

語音:逐步做到語音、語調自然、得體;根據語音辨別和書寫不太熟悉的單詞或簡單語句。

詞匯: 運用詞匯描述比較復雜的事物、行為和特征,說明概念等;盡可能學會使用規定的習慣用語或固定搭配。

語法: 進一步掌握描述現在完成時、過去完成時、被動語態、情態動詞的構成與應用; 進一步理解掌握比較人、物體及事物的表達方式;使用適當的語言形式進行描述和表達觀點、態度、情感等; 學習、掌握基本語篇知識并根據特定目的有效地組織信息,理解大意,找出細節信息。 四 總體目標

6.充分利用多媒體教學設備,加強直觀教學,提高課堂教學效率。 7.課后多與學生溝通,了解學生學情,及時得到反饋信息,以利于改進教學中存在的問題和不足。

8.在課堂上積極開展豐富多彩的英語活動,提高學生興趣。如英語演講比賽、單詞聽寫比賽、朗讀比賽、英語句子接龍比賽、唱英文歌曲等。
