論文題目：《國際商法與環境》（第八版）第十八章翻譯報告
摘要：本報告基于對《國際商法與環境》（第八版）第十八章“東道國對外國直接投資的征收與控制”的翻譯實踐而寫作。希望該章的翻譯能助力我國法律教育的發展,并為我國對外投資法律制度的建設貢獻些許力量。報告包括四個部分的內容:任務描述、翻譯過程、案例分析和實踐總結。作者以法律翻譯功能對等理論為基礎,從詞匯,句法和語篇三個層次對法律教材文本的翻譯策略進行了剖析,并具體運用了直譯、轉換、重構的翻譯策略。在翻譯過程中,作者發現原文文本的類型對翻譯策略的選擇至關重要,同時,還需要兼顧原文本的信息功能和表達功能,根據不同的原文具體語境調整對應的翻譯策略,從而實現譯文與原文的對等。
