留府鄉全力抓好四項工作，確保圓滿完成全年目標任務。一是加快推進項目建設。加快衡水英泰工程材料有限公司投資5000萬元的止水系列產品項目、衡水華樂工貿有限公司投資3000萬元的精密鍛造項目和景縣金輪磨料磨具有限公司投資2000萬元的荒漠砂輪項目建設進程，力爭早日投產見效。二是突出抓好招商引資。制訂完善招商引資獎勵辦法，加大獎勵力度，到年底力爭再引進1個投資超5000萬元，2個投資超千萬元的項目。三是調整優化農業產業結構。發揮果品、枸杞種植基地和“太湖豬”、“東亞飛蝗”養殖基地的帶動作用，不斷擴大產業規模。四是加大農村班子整頓力度。治庸、治懶、治散，打造想干事、會干事、能創業的農村班子，為明年“兩委”換屆打牢基礎。(留府鄉)
安陵鎮突出三項重點力促鎮域經濟快速發展。一是強力推進項目建設。重點抓好宏亞公司投資3000萬元的壓濾機項目，爭取年底竣工投產。加快推進投資5000萬元的隆立公司替代進口煤炭密封件項目和投資2000萬元的橡塑制品項目，全程服務，爭取早日開工建設。二是加快城鎮建設。年內全面完成投資100萬元的安陵大街改造提升工程，積極抓好沿景桑路、景安路、黨良路、趙安路村莊環境綜合整治，穩妥推進新民居工程。三是千方百計促農增收。重點扶持優種豬、肉蛋雞和鴨養殖，到年底，力爭豬存欄達到1萬頭以上，雞存欄達到10萬只以上，鴨存欄達到5萬只以上。大力發展大棚養鴨，通過示范帶

冊亨縣召開“兩基”復查“普實”驗收工作調度會
2009年8月19日，我縣召開“兩基”復查“普實“驗收工作調度會。會議由縣政府辦公室主任羅佐文主持，縣委常委、縣人民政府副縣長高振敏、縣人大常委會副主任黃明秋、縣政府副縣長王文正、縣政協副主席梁群英等縣四家班子領導出席會議。參加會議的有縣直各部門主要負責人，各鄉(鎮)黨委書記、鄉(鎮)長、鄉(鎮)分管領導，教輔站站長、鄉(鎮)中學校長、中心學校校長，縣直學校校長，縣鄉“兩基”業務員、聯絡員等共220余人。
在8月19日上午的大會上，縣政協副主席梁群英傳達了縣委、縣政府《關于調整、充實縣“兩基”鞏固提高工作領導小組成員的通知》;縣人大常委會副主任黃明秋傳達了《冊亨縣“兩基”復查及“普實”驗收準備工作實施方案》〈冊委[2009]第15號〉;縣教育局局長康忠國分析了我縣 “兩基”、 “普實”工作現狀，并提出下步工作建議;各鄉(鎮)黨委書記或鄉(鎮)長在會上作了表態發言。
縣人民政府副縣長王文正在大會上作了講話，他講了四點意見：一是要充分肯定成績，正確估價形勢。他說，通過開展“兩基”工作，我縣教育事業有長足發展，但面臨的形勢依然十分嚴峻，2009年6月，省政府已明確將我縣列為全省“兩基”復查“普實”驗收的十個受檢縣之一。我縣的“兩基”工作，已進入最后的沖刺階段，但仍有一些薄弱環節和不足之處，需要我們采
1取強有力的措施，切實加以整改完善。二是要盯住核心指標，抓住關鍵問題。目前，我縣“兩基”工作的薄弱環節還是入學率、輟學率、完成率幾個核心指標和掃盲工作的問題。“普實”工作中的薄弱環節還是實驗操作熟練程度及檔案資料的問題。薄弱環節就是主攻方向，我們要把核心指標盯死看牢，要緊緊圍繞核心指標來制定工作方案、實施重點突破，要把握好、解決好領導重視、營造宣傳氛圍、抓好落實等幾個關鍵問題。三是要加強督促檢查，搞好對口幫扶。從8月底到9月初，督查工作的重點是“控輟保學”;從9月中旬到10月初，督查的重點是檔案資料建設。他要求，縣“兩基” 、“普實”業務指導組要深入第一線，摸清情況、對癥下藥、解惑釋疑，要避免淺嘗輒止，跑馬觀花。要沉下去、站得高、看得準，指得正，導得好?？h直部門、垂管部門要按照縣委、縣政府的要求，有錢出錢，有力出力，力所能及地幫助學校辦實事、辦好事。四是要加強教育管理，完善檔案資料。在教育管理方面，要做到三個加強、三個提高(加強領導班子建設、提高教育管理水平;加強教師隊伍建設、提高教育教學質量;加強師德師風建設，提高教師綜合素質。在檔案資料建設上，一要有責任心，二要確保真實性。
縣委常委、常務副縣長高振敏在最后的講話中強調：一要統一思想，提高對迎檢工作的認識。二要明確責任，加強對迎檢工作的領導。三要突出重點，抓好薄弱環節的整改。四要加強督導，確保迎檢工作落到實處。五要嚴肅紀律，確保迎檢工作強力推進。希望全縣各鄉鎮、各部門、各學校，發揚“團結拼搏、自加壓力、負重奮進、敢于爭先”的進取精神，下苦功夫，花大力氣，啃“硬骨頭”，齊心協力，扎實工作，為全面完成“兩基”復查及“普實”驗收任務，為推動我縣經濟社會又好又快發展而努力奮斗!

為扎實推進貴州省小學數學祝旭鄉村名師工作室工作，提升主題研修活動的實效性，切實促進工作室學員專業成長。 2018年10月31日，貴州省小學數學祝旭鄉村名師工作室開展課堂教學滲透數學文化“同課異構”活動暨第一期學員結業與第二期學員開班典禮在綏陽縣洋川小學隆重舉行。貴州省特級教師、省級督學、市管專家周國杰顧問，遵義市名校長、綏陽縣十佳校長周國明顧問參會指導，工作室全體成員、學員50余人參加主題研討活動。本次活動采取分領域、課堂行動觀察研究實踐為主模式，以省級規劃課題“農村學校小學數學文化滲透實踐研究”為研修主題，采取同課異構、專題講座、評課議課、專家指導等形式扎實有效開展。
第一節課由工作室成員施恒老師執教三年級《分數的初步認識》。施老師緊緊圍繞“數學文化”滲透展開教學，用核心問題“一半你想用什么方式表示”引發學生思考，激發學生探究欲望;進而學生通過自主創造，展示分享交流，感悟分數產生的發展歷程，與古人對話，想象古人的思考，追根溯源中讓數學更有價值，真正做到了從“冰冷的美麗”走向“火熱的思考”。 創設分月餅的問題情境，讓學生理解“平均分”，提出“把一個月餅分給兩個小朋友能平均分嗎?”驅動學生思考，通過學生說生活中分東西的故事，讓學生感受數學來源于生活，增強了親切感。在教學中用視頻播放數學文化產生、發展的過程，讓學生感受到濃濃的數學文化味。

類文明發展的重要組成部分，在人類歷次科學和技術的革命中，數學總是扮演著先導和中堅作用。數學文化作為一種“看不見的文化”，集聚理性思維、科學精神的精華，尤其是進入大數據時代，數學作用變得越來越大。課堂教學中要注重數學文化的熏陶，不能停留在“數學+文化”的誤區，把數學文化理解為簡單的告知，而忽視了數學思維活動，忽視數學的本質和寶貴價值，使得數學擁有的文化氣質和氣度逐漸喪失。并提出“數與代數”領域課堂教學模式的建構：核心問題，引發思考。嘗試探究，辨析比較。問題“串”，提煉抽象。感悟文化，反思升華。

工作室學員的專業素養。工作室主持人祝旭對三節課作了高度的評價，指出三節課分別采用不同的方式從不同側面滲透了數學文化，體現了數學文化的科學價值、應用價值、文化價值，讓學生感受到數學的好玩，數學的魅力。主持人還強調指出為什么要研究數學文化?重術輕道而止于術，教師不要過于注重技巧與形式，而要有自己的思想，要有內涵;要重視學生發展，不是教材有什么就教什么，而是學生需要什么才教什么;數學教學要注重學生的體驗、思考、表達，關注數學文化與數學思維，發展學生的數學核心素養，特別要求全體成員學員要緊緊圍繞“數學文化”進行理論學習與實踐研究。
