過來牛人談簡歷
鄭濤所寫的這份簡歷是一個通用模版，在突出個人實習經歷的同時，面面俱到，不同人應根據自身特點和公司用人需求加以修改。鄭濤說，在他拿到公司offer之前，修改簡歷不下30次，幾乎每投新公司都要修改一次。對于他的簡歷，去年加盟移動的沈先生給予如下建議和意見：
這份簡歷整體感覺已經非常規整，很符合國際通用標準，但用在不同的人身上，仍有需要修改的地方。
專業不同重點不同
此簡歷畢竟是以管理專業學生的案例為藍本做的，它特別強調管理職位最看重的管理實習經驗。而對于基礎學科的學生，實習經驗方面可能應該更加突出具體參與的實驗項目和論文發表等。另外，基礎學科的學生如果找與所學專業聯系緊密的工作，一定要突出導師，有可能你的導師就是業界泰斗，沒準可以狐假虎威一下。
職位不同重點不同
我本科專業是基礎學科，研究生階段改投經濟方向，我找工作的時候，目標很明確就是與金融管理和戰略管理有關的職位，所以本科專業一筆帶過。鄭濤簡歷的指向性也非常明確，突出管理實踐經驗，因為面面俱到等于沒有重點。另外，投簡歷時，一點要把自己的求職意向寫清楚，寫在最前面。
成績處理避免短板
我在校時的排名沒有進入前三名，而頂級投資銀行非?？粗貙W生的成績，在這方面，我處理的比較巧妙，只寫百分比，我的排名在年級前5%以內，這個成績基本可以通過。鄭濤將成績用獎學金表達，比較明智，其實能夠獲得專人設立的獎學金應該是非常優秀的。同學們在處理成績時有幾種辦法，成績好的，寫GPA和排名，成績一般的只寫排名或者獲獎狀況，而單科成績好的，最好把學科成績列出。
實習經歷有所取舍
并不是經歷越多越復雜就好，大部分同學所作實習都是和專業或求職相關的，所以一般人的實習經歷都比較對口，但有很多同學因為實習經歷淺薄，就把家教、導游、編程和管理等一大堆風馬牛不相及的經歷編到一起，這樣容易讓人認為你的職業規劃不清，容易弄巧成拙。
學生職位不要抄襲
我們系在海內外都享有盛名，很多頂級公司非常了解系內情況，去年有兩個同學同時應聘一家大公司，結果兩人在校職務撞了，結果被發現，兩人都被公司拒掉。所以千萬不要抄襲職位，即使必須寫出擔任職位，也一定要寫自己能勝任且有興趣的職位，而且面試前一定要準備好自我陳述，讓面試者信服你的經歷。
