首先來了解什么是培訓?
可以這么說：培訓是一種投資，企業要和員工成為命運共同體，必須對員工進行更大的培訓投入。培訓是一項能獲得更大產出的投資，并且是企業最有價值的投資。 而且培訓是提高員工素質的重要途徑，有助于企業建立學習型組織。從近幾年來我國經濟的不斷增長，從而從這一方面可以分析出目前我國企業培訓現狀：
1、人力資源培訓管理不嚴謹，浪費嚴重
2、國有企業對員工培訓重視不夠，對培訓的投資嚴重不足
3、國有企業的培訓力度不夠，管理技術人員資本含量低
而現在我國對于企業培訓的不重視也表現在幾方面：
1、計劃不周，不知培訓什么
2、四處請人，不知由誰來培訓
3、目的不清，不知培訓為什么
4、培訓方式單一，培訓對象感到枯燥乏味
5、動力不足，不愿認真搞培訓
6、培訓師匱乏，培訓水平滿足不了企業的實際要求
7、 對象不清，不知培訓對象
完善企業培訓體系，提高企業培訓質量的對策和建議有越來越多，也有越來越多的企業開始重視企業員工培訓，甚至有的企業為此不惜重金來做此事。企業員工培訓到底有什么重要的

1、員工培訓是提升員工技術、能力水準，達到人與事相匹配的有效途徑。
員工培訓的一個主要方面就是崗位培訓，其中崗位規范、專業知識和專業能力的要求被視為崗位培訓的重要目標。崗位人員上崗后也需要不斷地進步、提高，參加更高層次的技術升級和職務晉升等方面的培訓，使各自的專業知識、技術能力達到崗位規范的高一層標準，以適應未來崗位的需要。員工培訓工作顯得尤為重要，實踐證明它也是達到預期目標的一條有效途徑。
1、員工培訓是培育和形成共同的價值觀、增強凝聚力的關鍵性工作。
一個企業人才隊伍建設一般有兩種：一種是靠引進，另一種就是靠自己培養。所以企業應不斷地進行職工培訓，向職工灌輸企業的價值觀，培訓良好的行為規范，使職工能夠自覺地按慣例工作，從而形成良好、融洽的工作氛圍。通過培訓，可以增強員工對組織的認同感，增強員工與員工、員工與管理人員之間的凝聚力及團隊精神。

員工培訓是一項重要的人力資源投資，同時也是一種有效的激勵方式，例如：組織業績突出的職工去外地參觀先進企業，鼓勵職工利用業余時間進修予以報銷費用等。據有關調查，進修培訓是許多職工看重的一個條件，因為金錢對于有技術、知識型員工的激勵是暫時的，一段時間可以，長時間不行，他們更看重的是通過工作得到更好的發展和提高。
4、員工培訓是建立學習型組織的最佳手段
學習型組織是現代企業管理理論與實踐的創新，是企業員工培訓開發理論與實踐的創新。企業要想盡快建立學習型組織，除了有效開展各類培訓外，更主要的是貫穿;以人為本;提高員工素質的培訓思路，建立一個能夠充分激發員工活力的人才培訓機制。成功的企業將員工培訓作為企業不斷獲得效益的源泉。學習型企業與一般的企業最大的區別就是，永不滿足地提高產品和服務的質量，通過不斷學習和創新來提高效率。
因此員工培訓，是組織人力資源管理與開發的重要組成部分和關鍵職能，是組織人力資源資產增值的重要途徑，也是企業組織效益提高的重要途徑。各管理者要端正對培訓的認識與此加強對培訓的管理，建立科學的培訓系統與此建立企業文化強化學習氛圍。

一.行文前
在寫MBA面試英文前對自己進行三輪自我拷問：
1.準備好紙和筆，第一次拷問自己：
我有哪些優點和優勢?
我有哪些背景和經歷?
可以發動朋友同事家人一起來想，所有可能想到的，一一寫在紙上。
2.總結完畢，再度拷問自己：
在這些優點和優勢中，我最大的優勢是什么?
在這些背景和經歷中，我最與眾不同的地方是什么?
3.結合上述兩輪的答案，第三次拷問自己：
我對(目標院校)北大光華管理學院有什么利用價值?
把這個問題的答案想明白后再開始行文。
二.行文中
行文中始終牢牢記住一個原則：時刻考慮面試官的需要。--------我為什么要錄取你，而不是其他的人!?
自我介紹行文中，只有一條主線：我有一個理想，我缺乏一個平臺。我用過去的經歷和能力證明我有資格擠身于光華這個平臺，實現自己的理想。這條主線一定是非常清晰和可行的，中間缺的只是“給我一個平臺”這個環節。自我介紹的唯一任務就是要告訴面試官：你今天為什么一定要接收我!我們不是張君，你不接收我，老子一槍崩了你。我們要做的是打動面試官。達到一個“你不接收我，你會后悔，會是你(北大)的遺憾，你看著辦吧”的效果。寫自我介紹的過程中，權衡行文主線中的兩個方面：目標院校(北大)要錄取我，是我需要得到來目標院校(北大)來深造?還是我也值得他們(北大)選擇我?
很多學員在面試過程中，都是急切的表達自己急需讀MBA深造。事實上，沒有哪個參加考試不是急切需要深造的。我們在陳述理由的時候，需要展示的是個性化的東西。你在陳述自己的理想與人生職業目標時，牢記：所有的理想與目標都只有一個指向，那就是促使你選擇 MBA。
而介紹的重點是應該放在“我值得目標院校(北大)選擇我”。
你的過去經歷是否與面試官選擇你有關，什么優秀***員，學習馬列主義先進分子……與面試要選擇你無關的輝煌經歷，毫不猶豫的X掉!所有的輝煌經歷與風光故事中，只有既能證明你有資格進北大，也能證明你有潛質實現你的職業理想的才放在自我介紹中去。一定要狠心的刪去沒必要的輝煌與風光。而進行你自我介紹中的經歷與故事，都要和你的目標-----證明你有資格進入北大-----有清晰的邏輯關系。
行文中，要懂得如何變劣勢為優勢，比如有的學員因為自己的中專背景可能覺得難以啟齒，但是如果能夠做換位思考，我是中專生都這個厲害，你北大給我一個機會，我還能不龍行天下?所以這樣的時刻一定要發揮自己強烈的自我意志，去影響面試官，讓他感受到你無窮的潛力，而不是盯住你的weak教育背景。
行文中幾個關鍵點：
1. 自信是整個自我介紹的基調。-----自己如果對自己沒信心，很難想象如何讓別人對自己有信心。但自信不是狂妄。把握好度!
2.一定要用英文思維，第一次就用英文寫作!-----人有一種天生的惰性和犯賤。要讀MBA一定能夠認識到這一點。關鍵是怎么克服。很多學員希望別人為自己寫好介紹，自己背背就行，這樣惰性不可能不在面試過程表現出來。所有人也都知道惰性的流露無疑會讓自己走向面試的死胡同，但是還是要讓惰性控制自己。這就是犯賤。
3. 行文中不要浪費一個字!------現代社會，每個人都很忙，不要讓你的垃圾信息浪費我們的時間。再怎么漂亮恢弘的用詞，只要能刪，一定要毫不猶豫。
4. 不要試圖說一個字的不真實之言!-----在面試官面前，你就是幼兒園的小孩，你有幾斤幾兩，自己掂量一下。任何不實之言，他們都能一眼看出。
5. 不要有一絲的猶豫不絕與模棱兩可。-----這點對于一個管理者來說是個基本的素質，不必多說。
6. 展示個性!-----這是個個性化年代。不要跟我說你讀了 6年中學4年大學，畢業3年升為科長，5年做了處長。誰都可以做到。
三.行文后：
1.至少做三次以上修改----好的文章永遠都是改出來的!三次是最低底線!
2.自我介紹要反復模擬練習，并找不同背景的人提出修改意見，在陳述時，不能讓人感覺在背稿紙，而應該是與朋友交流，語氣中肯又不失激情。
3.要給面試官一碗水，自己要準備一桶水。做到胸有成竹，靈活應變

My major is accounting in Department of International Business Management. The undergraduate education gave me a wide range of vision and taught me how to cooperate with others. MY PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT:
After graduating from UIBE, I was employed as the assistant to the funding manager by China National Technical Import and Export Corporation. After reading a lot of related files, and analyzing the overall funding situation of the corporation, I found that the loan policy was not been put into effect. So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation
approximately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year’s hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. This internal banking system made full use of the corporation’ funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.

Later, I worked as a director of material office again for Qingjiang project and Yizheng project.
Starting from early 2002, I returned back to headquarter and joined Human Resource department.
I like my job very much and always try my best to do it. However I feel my knowledge is not enough sometimes because of the development of science and technology.
I decided to go back school to study again. I entered Zhejiang University distance college in 2001. My major is electronic business. Now I am writing the paper. I will graduate in June.
For the coming two years, I am planning to study in Aetna School of Management of SJTU, which is one of the best business schools in China. I believe
that my study experience will significantly help my career development in future. That’s all.
