話題作文的命題樣式因其開放性特點，自誕生以來，得到了命題專家、中學師生的一致的認可。特別是它的“三自”原則，既適合學生展示寫作個性，又能比較好地反映學生寫作水平的高低，自由度和開放性是它受人歡迎的根本。那么，話題作文是不是在審題方面沒有難度?是不是只要作文與話題有牽連就可以呢?實際情況并非如此。根據近幾年話題作文的寫作情況來看，審題問題仍是寫好作文的第一關。那么，對于話題作文來說，應該怎樣審題才能使作文貼合題意呢?
一.明確話題作文的本質特點和形式特點。
所謂話題，不過是作文的一個“由頭”，也就是說，話題是作文的引子，是依據，是扶手。那么，話題在作文過程中，就是一個“據”，是作文內容的方向及范圍限制。
從形式上來說，這種命題樣式有兩種基本的呈現方式：
1.純話題式。命題只提供一個純粹的話題，沒有其他任何材料。如，2007年山東卷作文題：
請以“時間不會使記憶風化”為題寫800字文章，自擬題目，自選主題，自選文體，文體特征明顯。
2.材料話題式。命題提供一個或一組材料，在此基礎上提出明確的話題。它由材料、提示語、話題和要求四個部分組成，如，2007年廣東卷《傳遞》：
閱讀下面的文字，按要求作文。
萬物在傳遞中綿延不已，人類在傳遞中生生不息。技藝、經驗可以傳遞，思想、感情可以傳遞……
請以“傳遞”為話題寫一篇不少于800字的文章。標題自擬，文體自選(詩歌除外)，所寫內容必須在話題范圍之內。
對這兩種不同的呈現方式，應有不同的認識和對待方式。純話題式，側重從話題本身的本義、延伸義和比喻或象征義入手去考慮。材料話題式則需要考慮材料對于話題的導向及暗示性意義。
二.掌握話題作文的審題方略和技巧。
對于純話題式話題作文，審題時主要從兩個角度考慮：1.以話題為題目展開聯想。當然，這個題目是一種“假定”，并非真的一定以它為題目，而是出于審題立意的需要采取假設性處理。這樣，按照命題作文的審題策略審題就可以了。2.以話題為“母題”，采用推究本義，擴展引申義，聯想比喻義的方式，把話題轉化成若干個“子題”，然后篩選出最佳的角度，最熟悉的方式，最合理的方向，最具有開掘意義的思想，這樣，就可以確定最佳立意。
對于材料話題作文，審題時則需要按照如下的步驟來操作：
1.審材料。雖然話題作文審題的重點是在話題本身，作文時也不一定非要用到材料，但材料是話題的“土壤”，引出話題的由頭，那就意味著材料與話題之間有著密切的聯系，它總是以這樣那樣的方式影響甚至“左右”著話題的方向。因此，讀懂材料，理清材料與話題之間的聯系，找到兩者的契合點，摸清材料的一些暗示性因素，并在高度一致的層面上，用話題來逆推材料，由此就可以審清題意。
2.審提示語。提示語是材料和話題之間的橋梁。從審題的角度來說，提示語既具有導出話題的導向性作用，同時對話題又具有一定的限制性作用。在讀懂材料前提下的，借助提示語揣摩命題人意圖，把握話題的方向是準確快速審題的關鍵，命題人提示你的肯定就是最準確的。
3.審話題。話題是材料的“結晶”，或者是材料“析出”的成分，它是作文立意的“根”，它既源于材料，又相對獨立。因此，審題時，既要把它當作獨立的話題來對待，并以此為依據擴展思路，又要僅僅扣住它與材料之間的必然性聯系。本著“多方聯想，一點定位”的思想，審視話題。
4. 審要求。話題作文的 “三自”原則是其最基本的要求，另外還有字數方面的要求，特殊情況下，還可能有一些更為具體的要求。審題時，一定要詳細、認真、嚴謹、準確。

第五篇：2014年高考志愿填報必須關注的24個熱點問題
問：二本院校除了一兩所院校高于二本線稍多外，其他都差不多，根本就拉不來檔，這怎么報志愿?
答：在北京二本招生的院校，錄取分數最高、最低一般相差不過40-50分，但是有梯度。略低于一本線的考生在二本算是高分A首經貿或北工商，B北京物資學院;高過二本線20-30分左右的，A北京物資學院;B北京印刷學院或北京服裝學院;如果二本邊緣上，就是拉不開梯度不大了!
問：近視600度的孩子，是不是任何軍校的任何專業都不能報呢?
答：近視600度，裸眼視力在4.0，軍隊的任何專業都是限報的。參考資料：軍事院校要求“每一眼裸眼遠視力低于4.9(0.8)，指揮、潛艇、水面潛艇、坦克、測繪、雷達專業學員不合格。每一眼裸眼遠視力在4.8(0.6)以上;或一眼裸眼遠視力在4.7(0.5)以上，另一眼裸眼遠視力在4.9(0.8)以上;或每一眼裸眼遠視力在4.6(0.4)以上，矯正視力每一眼在4.9(0.8)以上，技術專業學員合格。”另外：由于目前準分子激光手術比較成熟，如果術后無并發癥并不影響視功能，所以新修訂《標準》規定“準分子激光手術后半年以上，無并發癥，視力達到上述標準，合格(潛艇學員除外)”。
問：如果A志愿調檔率在120%，本來可以進入B志愿，但A志愿已調檔，又退檔，就只能進入二志愿了，對嗎?
答：首先，實行平行志愿后，提檔比例不超過110%;其次平行志愿一次性投檔，一旦被A院校提檔之后再退檔，只能退到二志愿了。
問：如果服從專業調劑，學校會注意學生體檢結果嗎?如果被錄取后發現身體條件不符合專業要求，會不會因此落榜?
答：一般情況會注意體檢結果。個人認為大部分院校在招生錄取中會做的比較人性化，據我們了解很少學生會在專業服從調劑后因為身體條件被退檔，學校比較可能的做法就是根據學生的成績，調到合適的專業。
問：孩子過一本線十分，A，B志愿相差多少合適?
答：屬于邊緣考生，一本一志愿A、B梯度就在10分之內，幾乎沒有梯度!報考一本線上的院校即可。
問：平行志愿：如果甲和乙報同一大學，是不是同一志愿A和B分數優先。如果甲和乙報同一大學甲分高但是是第二志愿，乙分數低是第一志愿那錄取誰?答：錄取乙!
問：對小語種的報考有何影響?
答：小語種的報考熱度會降低。往年小語種在本科一批前錄取較多，有考生因本科一批一志愿報考風險大，會選擇在提前單招或提前批選擇更高層次院校小語種專業，實際上對于這部分學生來說語言類專業可能不是最優選擇。今年志愿填報實行大平行，學生可能會把沖一下放在院校A，這對于真正想學習、喜歡學習語言類專業的學生來說，是有利的事情。
問：您好，我家小孩是文科生，成績肯定能超出一本線，想請問在一本線附近能提檔的北京院校有哪些?外地的211院校有哪些能在一本線附近提檔?
答：北京地區：北京工商大學的時候，再重新選擇專業方向。除非您對大學、專業了解，規則理解深刻，可以在不同的志愿或批次院校中選擇不服從調劑!
問：那是不是說，服從調劑指同一學校的幾個專業之間調劑?而不是指平行志愿之間的調劑?
答：是的!
問：一志愿落榜，報二志愿時是否還得看學校是否接收二志愿考生?
答：是的，并不是所有院校都招二志愿的，有一部分院校一志愿錄取的分數線并不夠高，但是也不會錄二志愿，比如中國地質大學"
問：我寫服從調劑了，第一志愿把我擋案提走了，卻沒有錄取，這樣A學校影響了我的檔案錄取，今年給我的B志愿平行志愿就等于沒有用啊。為什么韓老師還
說要寫服從?
答：提檔后退檔有多種原因，比如身體條件、外語要求等。對您假設的個案來講，此時B志愿沒用!我上面說過服從調劑是指院校專業內的服從調劑，避免因為專業填報失誤造成學生退檔。B志愿起到的作用是在A院校沖得過高沒有被提檔的時候B院?？梢远底?。
問：請問今年理科是否會減招或者降低提檔比例?比如以前按120%提檔。
答：2014年的招生計劃得4月底、5月初才會公布，目前還沒有準確的消息，不過參考《國家中長期教育改革和發展規劃綱要》的指導精神，為了支援中、西部地區教育發展，各大部委所屬高校在京招生計劃不排除繼續減少的可能。
此外，實行平行志愿的省份提檔比例一般會降低，在了110%以內。
問：北京今年剛剛實行平行志愿，對于外地報考北京高校時，受影響嗎?
答：北京的高招錄取政策就是針對北京籍考生的，對于外地的考生，需要視當地的招生政策而定，不受北京錄取政策影響。
問：女兒有能力沖擊清華小平行第二志愿應報哪些學校?
答：自知排名最重要，往年排名是參考，沖高保底個不同，固定分值不可靠!一言難盡，請參考志愿無憂網韓旭的博客文章《北京平行志愿，到底拉開多大梯度合適?》問：請問：如果能得到北清20分加分，1A報北清，1B能報北航嗎?
答：如果考生獲得了北大或清華的20分自主招生加分，并在A院校報了北大或清華，一旦最終還是沒有被北大、清華提檔，就意味著考生差北大、清華的提檔在20分以上，參考往年錄取情況，北航差北大、清華30多分，一志愿B院校報北航不是不可以，不過我個人覺得這樣報有風險，不排除2014年北大、清華和北航間縮小分差的可能，建議慎重考慮。
問：老師，順序志愿問題，如果進入A學校提檔線，最后沒錄上，反而耽誤B學校錄取了嗎?
答：家長應該還是問關于平行志愿的問題，順序志愿一般沒有A、B院校的提法。平行志愿A、B院校，如考生被A院校提檔后沒錄上，確實耽誤其B院校錄取!問：請問老師，改平行志愿，還會存在大小年問題嗎?
答：還會存在，不過相比順序志愿，有大小年現象的院校會相對減少!
問：老師您好，平行志愿對藝術類考生有變化嗎?提前批也是一志愿二個、二志愿三個學校?
答：藝術類院校和專業均是在提前批次錄取，提前批次和往年沒什么變化，還是順序志愿模式，考生可以報兩所學校，即第一志愿院校和第二志愿院校。不過藝術類院校、專業因為其特殊性，第二志愿基本起不了什么作用。
問：請問，好學校的分數會上漲，那么好學校之間的分差會變小嗎?
答：參考近幾年外地實行平行志愿后的錄取情況，名校錄取分數會上漲，好學校之間絕對分數差相對變小。
