三是建設一支高素質的幼教隊伍。
首先，要加強教師職業道德教育的>培訓，激發教師刻苦鉆研、積極進取的信心，樹立“一切為了孩子”的思想。其次，要加強教育管理，在教育實踐中提高保教人員的業務素質。對于新參加工作不久的青年教師，我會引導她們學習老教師的工作熱情、工作態度和帶班經驗。新教師帶班上崗后，保教處會深入一線了解她們的工作。經過一段實踐后，就要鼓勵新教師解放思想、大膽實踐，為她們創造對外觀摩的機會與條件。對于已有一定實踐經驗的教師，保教處會采取一是寄予希望、二是給予信任、三是壓著擔子推著上的方法不斷提高教師的教育教學水平。
四是創新幼兒一日活動內容。
幼兒一日活動內容是落實教育目標的主要途徑。保教處要根據不同年齡幼兒的特點和培養目標，對照《綱要》精神，結合我園實際制定出《幼兒一日活動要求》。增加幼兒自由活動、小組活動、自選活動時間，保證幼兒游戲、體育活動、戶外自由活動時間，讓幼兒在積極主動的活動中發展，提倡多形式的教育過程。
