面試注意事項
姿勢：站，腰要挺直，雙肩自然放松，雙手自然下垂。坐：不要癱在椅子上，抬頭挺胸，平時對方。目光穩定。不要有小動作，腿平放，手自然放在腿上。
跟面試者的距離不要太遠也不要太近。
注意細節：敲門、關門、握手。
談吐：自信、口齒清楚、音量、節奏、簡潔、條理、坦率
神態：自信、視線停留30-60%、眼神(對方講話時，你講話時)、笑容
衣著：整潔、得體
面試禁忌
1. 氣喘吁吁，神色慌張
2. 對方不伸手，不要主動伸手
3. 不要自行就座，要等對方示意。
4. 坐下后要向對方表示感謝
5. 不要任意挪移位置
6. 不要把隨身物品亂放
7. 打完招呼后，等對方開口提問

要學會聽懂考官問題
英語中的問題一般分為兩種形式：close-ended questions 和 open-ended questions
前者只需要用
一、兩個詞作答，而后者則需要進一步的解釋和說明。一般來說面試當中，為了避免談話陷入沉悶單調的氣氛當中，考官一般是要將這兩種問題有機地結合起來?？忌獪蚀_把握對方所問問題的性質，給予其想要的回答，從而避免了對于只需要簡短回答的問題啰嗦個沒完，對于需要進一步闡釋的問題卻回答得不夠。兩種情況都會給考官留下不好的印象。
一般來說兩種問題的引導詞有比較明顯的不同，請大家注意掌握：

【注意】
對于open-ended questions,在組織答案時，最好先用一句話或者一個短語將你要說的主要意思總結一下，這樣不僅可以再拖延一點時間，而且也有助于對方聽清楚你的答案，從而會比較容易留下思路清晰的好印象。

1.小組面試的策略： MBA小組面試必備策略
(1)小組面試的核心在于對個人能力和團隊能力進行綜合評價。所以，掌握好個人表現與小組表現的平衡成為表現出色的唯一標準。在討論之前，要根據每個人的特長進行角色的分配，包括：領導者，組織者，記錄者，控制時間者，總結者。
(2)小組討論中，當然不是誰的嗓門大誰就得高分，考官是借此考查一個人的語言能力、思維能力及業務能力，夸夸其談，只會將自己不利之處暴露無遺。語不在多而在于精，觀點鮮明，論證嚴密，一語中的，可起到一鳴驚人的作用。及時表達與人不同的意見和反駁別人先前的言論，也不要惡語相加，要做到既能夠清楚表達自己的立場，又不令別人難堪。

I’m Feng yu jia. You can call me Dirk, which is my English name. After reading a lot of related files, and analyzing the overall funding situation of the corporation, I found that the loan policy was not been put into effect. So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year’s hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. This internal banking system made full use of the corporation’ funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.
