2018年5 月4日，我有幸參加了尤溪縣中學第二教研片區開展的片區教師課堂教學展示活動，在這有限的一天內，我們聽了2位優秀教師的示范課和多位骨干老師的精彩報告。本以為，優質課都是表演課，專家的講座都是枯燥無味，通過這一天的觀摩，最多可以從觀摩課中學幾招應用于我的教學中已足矣，可是聽完這些老師的課以后，我發現我錯了。授課教師們雖然都是年輕的教師，可是他們創新的教學設計、高效的教學過程以及扎實的教學基本功給我留下了深刻的印象，并從中學到了很多;骨干教師的講座也是詼諧幽默，所講解的問題也是我們教師在教學過程中真正遇到的問題，真是解決了我們一線教師的燃眉之急。
本次教學觀摩活動所講授的教材是仁愛版的英語教材，授課教師在課堂教學中注重運用新課程理念;在教學中注重培養學生實際生活中綜合運用知識的能力;把教學環節設計得環環相扣、層次分明;所講授內容也不僅僅局限于課本，在學生認知范圍內進行了拓展，并在道德情感等方面進行升華等，都給我留下了深刻印象。下面我就把自己參加此次學習的心得體會匯報如下：
一、 讓學生成為真正的課堂的主人。英語新課程標準注重人文性與工具性相結合，這也是素質教育的要求。我們每個教師在每一課教學前都想要教好這一課，只是在實際教學中由于這樣或那樣的原因，不能達成所愿，留下種種遺憾。為使每節課都成為有效、高效的課，這就要求我們教師在備課時不僅要充分考慮學生的具體情況，而且還要提前預設出學生的反映。在教學過程中，注重主體性，注重學生能力的培養，注重互動模式的多樣性，激發起學生對英語學習的興趣，營造輕松、民主、快樂的學習氣氛。在這次觀摩活動中，講課教師們在教學教程中非常注重教學互動，教學互動包括師生互動和生生互動，并且以教師引導，學生為主體主動、積極地參與到教學過程中，這樣就要求教師在進行教學設計時要以學生為主體，讓學生真正成為課堂的主人。這一點，也是我們這些新教師在日常教學中所欠缺并急需要解決的問題。
二、 課堂活動的設計要緊緊圍繞教學目標來進行，形式與內容密切相關，但要以內容為主。新課程標準倡導通過表演、唱歌、游戲、競賽和故事等活動來激發學生學習英語的興趣，培養他們聽、說、讀、寫的能力。在這次教學觀摩活動中，給我留有深刻印象的是教師們的精彩的熱身環節。他們有的是帶領學生們進行課前舞，通過與教學內容相關的音樂進行熱身;有的是通過唱節奏分明的小歌曲或小歌謠來吸引學生的注意力;還有的是通
過頭腦風暴進行大量單詞記憶。精彩紛呈的熱身活動雖然多種多樣，但是，教師們都沒有光注意課堂活動的形式而忽視教學內容的講授。
三、充分尊重每一個學生，讓每一個學生深刻體會到他被重視。在這次觀摩活動中，開展學困生的轉化工作的做法值得我們教師們借鑒。觀摩課體現的教學理念中提倡小組互助學習，組與組相互競爭，小組內部優等生幫扶學困生。這種競爭與合作并存的局面，在競爭中整體進步，讓教師在日常教學中頗為省心。
另外，在觀摩課上，教師們特別關注學生的感受，平等對待每一個學生，不管是能夠流利回答問題的學生，還是不會回答問題的學生，教師都能夠平等對待。“親其師，信其道。”，讓每一個學生在課堂上得到應有的尊嚴，是我們教師在日常教學中應該注意的問題?；貞涀约旱恼n堂，有時候，學生表現不好，此時我不友好的話語或表情就會不由自主的出現，這樣就傷害了學生的自尊心，事實上，老師溫和的語言和鼓勵的話語是學生重燃信心的“強心劑”。通過這次觀摩活動，我對于自己的平常行為也有了一個深刻的反思：學生幼小的心是極其敏感的，要盡力保護他小小的自信心。
教師的示范課后，在分組評課議課環節中，大家踴躍發言，提出了自己不同的見解和意見，我充分感受到了大家學習的熱情。在最后，張老師做了最后的總結，給我們這些英語老師提出了進一步的希望和要求。就教師教學方面普遍存在的問題，在以后的教學中，我會好好的反思加以提升。在今后的教學中，我將努力改進自己的教學方式，以新課程標準為指導，科學合理地設計教學過程，爭取讓學生學得更開心、更有效。
