Good afternoon everyone, It is my great honor to be here to share my teaching ideas with you! The content I chose is the reading part of Unit 5. Now let me introduce it in detail. The teaching goal of this period is to enable Ss to catch the main idea by fast reading. Then to find out the detailed information through careful reading. The third is to express themselves with the language learned in class. The goal of learning ability is to develop Ss basic skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. 初中英語教研組工作總結

本學期,受領導抬愛和同行信任,我擔任了學校初中英語教研組組長一職,現本學期即將結束,在學校領導的關心、指導下,在每一位英語教師的努力下,我們圓滿完成了本學期的教研任務和教學工作,總結本學期外語教研組的工作,我們一直朝著以下幾個方面努力,并取得了一定的成績。但也有一些值得思考的、改進的地方,現總結如下:

一,開學初,學校領導決定將以前的年級組改成教研組,辦公室也從一樓搬到了三樓,這樣做帶來了兩大好處,首先是同學科的教師一起辦公可以更加有效的進行教研交流和業務交流,我們辦公室5個人會經常坐在一起討論一些在教學中存在的問題,比如某個知識點如何給學生講更有效,如何提高學生學習英語的興趣,如何更好的幫助學困生等等問題,這樣做不但提高了英語教學質量和教學效果,也提高了老師的自生教學水平和業務水平,其次是這樣做對月考閱卷有極大的好處,避免了跨學科閱卷的問題,當然也減少了閱卷食物的出現。

二,本學期,我們組進行了四次作業教案的檢查,通過檢查情況來看,我們組老師無論在備課,還是在必改作業方面都做的相當好,首先是教案和作業都達到了學校要求的篇數和次數,而且是高質量的完成,其次配套練習冊和資料不但做到了精講,而且做到了全批全閱,最后,我們組教師還進行了每個單元的單元檢測。

三,教研組活動方面,我們組進行了兩次(我和喬霞麗)聽評課活動,達到了相互學習,相互促進,相互提高的目的,此外,七年級的周媛老師和杜紅紅老師還舉行了盛大的圣誕晚會活動,收到了領導和老師的一致好評。

總之,一學期以來,英語組教師注意自身素質的提高,始終以高標準嚴格要求自己,在教育教學工作中取得了一定的成績。但是,我們也深深知道,這些成績的取得是在各級領導的關心、以及學校其他學科老師的大力支持與配合下取得的。我們還知道,我們的工作還有很多需要提高改進的地方,在今后的工作中,我們決心再接再厲,努力工作,為把學校英語教學各方面的工作提高到一個新層次而奮斗。

兩千零九年春季公開課,在老師們激動與緊張中來臨,伴隨著家長們滿意和微笑結束。在此次公開課中,我負責四個班的英語教學工作,得到了家長們的認可肯定。

中、大班小朋友們都有不錯的英語基礎,為了體現教學輕松快樂,我選擇了一英文歌曲作為教學內容。愛唱愛跳是孩子的天性,Mary Had a Little Lamb 是一首孩子們耳熟能詳的中文歌曲,曲調優美,節奏歡快,小朋友們的學習興趣濃厚。在學習歌曲的過程中,我巧妙地把學過的顏色,物品名稱用英文對話的形式向小朋友提問,孩子們的表現欲望非常強烈,踴躍發言,課堂批氣氛達到一個小高潮。其次,我注重擴大孩子們的單詞量。歌曲中涉及到的lamb, Mary, white, snow 四個單詞讓小朋友們在看圖片,回答問題的教程中掌握并鞏固。最后,我帶著小朋友們說歌詞,唱歌曲,在一遍遍地重復中小朋友們很快掌握。伴隨著旋律,小朋友們齊聲高歌,至此,教學內容中的新知識講授完畢。

公開課最大的特征是展示性。為了讓家長看到孩子在我園學到的豐富廣泛的英語知識,我力求在有限的時間里既展現教學過程的生動活潑,孩子在課堂中積極活躍,又盡可能多地把所學過的對話,兒歌,歌曲,游戲展示給家長。讓家長們深刻地感受到孩子在我園快快樂樂學知識,贏就贏在起跑線上。
