一、請假條的基本構成
請假條包括病假條(sick leave)、事假條(因公business leave和因私casual leave)、續假條(extension of leave )等。寫請假條主要把請假原因和請假時間寫清楚，請假的理由要講充分。同時也要注意內容要簡單明了，開門見山說明情況，不必贅述。如果有證明請假原因的證據，如醫生證明、電報等最好隨條附上。
